Where can I read more about that initiative?
And is the substitution of the time stamp by a constant also a feature of that initiative?

No cause for alarm, we are just experiencing the Y2K bug twenty years late. It will be fixed eventually.. probably.. hopefully..

That is what I was hoping for. Though I didnt have high hopes that this would really be the reason.
