Nice idea for a list! I definitely agree with 71 (Master of Reality), 76 (Rising), 86 (Somewhere in Time), 90 (Painkiller), 95 (Storm of the Light's Bane), 98 (Sound of Perseverance), 05 (Those Once Loyal).
But for some years I like your second place choices more than your first choices: 82 (Screaming for Vengeance), 94 (For Victory), 96 (Crimson), 99 (At the Heart of Winter), 09 (Black Future), 16 (Terminal Redux).
Also for 84 I'd probably choose Ride the Lightning over Powerslave. And for 83 I would've put Show No Mercy in 1st place
