Better than the last one. I liked these tracks: Angst - OK - Schwarz

After given it a few more listen it's growing on me more and more. Love Angst love how doomy it sounds. other favorites are Armee Der Tristen, Giftig and Adieu, A song I still have to relisten to is Lügen. Didn't know if I was into that autotune. Like I know the meaning of the song but I was indifferent to it at first listen.

After the first spin I think that rammstein isn't what it used to be, but the album seems to be better than the last one

Best songs for me (for now) are Zick Zack and Giftig

well they already had once named their last song similarly so I'm not sure if this is an actual indication for anything
only 'zeit' will tell

This is their darkest and most atmospheric and gothic album to date. Not a traditional Rammstein album.
No Du hasts or Deutschlands in this one! just heavy and atmospheric (with the exception of a couple of tracks).

Boring, maybe band should make parody movie and play album there, their videos are fun sometimes.

Really enjoying this on first few playthroughs, the darker tone really gives it a character of its own.

Significantly better album than the last 2

This one might be a grower on me, but so far so good, surprisingly I enjoy the majority of it. The real stand out tracks for me so far are "OK", "Zeit" and "Zick Zack".

Very enjoyable, a bit easier to digest on the first listen than their last albums. Great videos also for Zick Zack and Angst. Song order feels a bit strange with Zeit and Schwarz as second and third, the first uptempo song is Giftig. Might of course be Rammstein’s way to say “screw your typical song structures, oh and have some autotune on the side”.

For anyone wondering:

OK = Ohne Kondom = Without Condom
Dicke Titten = Big Tits

I actually enjoyed this one, dark and fun album. Overall better production aswell.

Liked it a lot on first listen. Probably better than the previous one.

Imo, the autotone fits perfectly as a metaphor, since the song is about lying and autotune could be seen as "lying about your real voice" .. I like the song

Yea I know about that I just couldn't get into it I could never really stand autotune, I guess Till is right his real voice does sound great without it. I don't mind the little autotune he did in Giftig though.

totally understandable .. but for some reason I find it appealing in that song

Armee der tristen is by far my favourite Rammestein track. Its a classic Ramm track.

3rd spin and i like it so far. It's not mindblowing but it's a good album. The issue for me is that it has great material (Armee, Zeit, Giftig, Zick Zack, Angst) mixed with poor material (Schwarz, OK, Lugen) and average stuff (the rest). If anything, it's inconsistent.

It's a grower for sure, at first listen I thought it was completely average but it's slowly growing on me.

Sounds too boring and depressing to me, not what I expect from them. Their previous album was way more interesting than this one, Puppe for instance was a depressing song but with balls.

Musically it's Rammstein but with no inspiration, most songs sound like b-sides. I don't mind songs like Zeit or Schwarz, but there are too many of them here. Angst is what I expect from them, for sure the best song on the album.

I got the special edition of the album with the book and I appreciate the photo shooting more than the music.

I love old Rammstein, it was featured in a ton of old motocross videos that I watched dozens of times growing up. While this album is disappointing when comparing it to the older material, it still has some good moments if you detach it from what once was. I really liked “Meine Tränen” and “Adieu”. There’s still quite a bit of fluff though.

Funny thing I've only ran into one of those elitist that say their not metal on a CoverKillerNation video. Of course he brought up Slipknot is for posers ( and I don't like Slipknot but I find those comments to be cringy and so try hard) . Also well brought up if it's not on MA it's not metal, and brought up one of his favorite butt buddies Hipsterblackmetal and his cringy video. Says I shouldn't take him lightly and he's right being a troll why would I and his useless points.
