Inferno was a great return to their old form, and Kiss Of Death was a great follow-up, this was a really good time for the band, they showed even in their later years that they still had it in them. Much like Inferno, this was full of raw energy and ferocious speed, with such heaviness, great sounding bass, cool riffs and solo's, and excellent drumming, this is just about as heavy as rock and roll ever gets.

There are lots of good tracks on this one, "Living In The Past", "Under The Gun", "Sword Of Glory", and "Kingdom Of The Worm", are all outstanding, and I can have on repeat again and again. And of course it was always traditional for Motörhead to throw in an epic ballad, like "God Was Never On Your Side". I would say this was one of their best sounding, and most consistent albums in their career, and the overall quality of this album is almost on par with Inferno.

Still far away from the classic "Ace of Spades", but what a powerful package. Whenever I made my mood to listen to Mr Lemmy's favorite fucking metal truck - I've always warmed up with "Be my Baby" and "God Was...." and then rumble Ace of Spades to the core.

Can’t stop listening to this albums version of “Ramones”. Such a killer Motörhead track.
