Sounds quite different than the previous sound they had built to themselves. Why ditch it so thoroughly? This sounds mostly just groove thrash, none or just little power left. The songwriting isn't totally impressive but it's pretty good nonetheless. Still I'm sort of disappointed by both that the band doesn't sound like it used to and the material itself, also the groove thrash style guitar playing that is often also repetitive -- and the riffs on repetition aren't that interesting. 6,5/10
