Carnifex - Upcoming Album's Writing Session In Final Stage
Carnifex are pleased to announce that the writing process for their ninth full length instalment is almost finished. Next week, February 15th, the Californian deathcore collective will hit the studio with producer Jason Suecof to start tracking down new tunes.
Vocalist Scott Ian Lewis checked in with the following comment: "Writing for record ni9e is nearly done. A collection of truly brutal and anthemic Carnifex songs that I know will become new favorites. The album is titled, lyrics are over half done and we will be in the studio with Jason Suecof starting Feb 15th for about 5 weeks. Live drums are back, epic solos are back, the next evolution of CFX is here. Hold on tight."

I loved Slowdeath but War World X didn't live up... Gaveside confessions is a bit too messy to me so that I hope the next album will pick up some ingredients from the best recipe of these albums.
