Call them what you will, but I just don't see the slightest reason why we should continue to provide such people with a free soapbox to spread their beliefs.
But what would you call users who abuse this site to openly sympathize with the ideas of misogynists (Tate), blatant racists (Turtiainen) and right-wing nutcases (Nugent)?
