After the strong debut, I think the band even improved their craft on this second album. The songs sound more original, when the debut had a bit of a cover band touch to it. Also the vocalist seems to have taken more original sounding approach here, which makes, I think, the vocals definitely an asset, and it's unfortunate not to hear another Reactor album with Jerry Bryant on the mic after this album.

Generally I'd say the songs are pretty damn good. I don't see a better way to start the album than "M.T.I's", which is total ass kicker of a song. Other stand out moments I find are "Their Curse", "Leave Me Alone" and "Preacher's Vice", all of which should be considered as all time speed metal classics. The two longer songs add nice balance to the album as slower, heavier/thrashier pieces. I cannot really encourage to use the practice of skipping songs on this album; I rarely do myself.

Maybe their timing was bad; playing speed metal in the 90s mustn't been very beneficial business-wise and with all grunge/groove/whatever taking over. Still, I'd say that there is no justice or appreciation for some good ass speed metal. This band/album should have been way bigger
