Its a good collection of songs, but the longer songs just drag on too much, to the point of boredom. The guitar work here is a good sign of what the band were going to do in the coming years, but the longer songs were scrapped for a good cause.

Of course they do. It's the purpose to make ambient sound and trip like songs. That's why it's called Space Rock and that's why their name is UFO.

Rather unique UFO album, I didn't foresee something like this coming after I had finished with the debut. Their sound is kinda familiar, but these longer songs, especially the title track (and EVEN MORE ESPECIALLY the 2nd half of it) blew me away. A monumental space rock album IMO.
