Are you a life long Def Leppard fan and this album is poor?
Or
Do you just hate Def Leppard and are slagging it off for no good reason?

Nothing that I say will convince the Leppard haters, but this is a good album.
I have not liked anything they have released since Steve died, as their studio stuff has been a bit weak. They have always remained a great live band. As most of the set list is from the 80s this showcases their stronger material and the performances are excellent. Joe's voice, which has come under negative reviews, is better than it has been for a while and the atmosphere created by the guitars is as good as ever.
The new studio tracks are mixed. Undefeated is OK, but the other two are poor.
I'm unlikely to buy anymore new stuff of theirs, but will always go and see them live.
