Steve Souza eh, maybe this will be good?
Not really impressed with this. Pretty much a generic modern thrash album with average vocals (sorry Mr. Zetro). Not good.
Also goddamn that artwork could not be worse

For some strange reason, I keep misreading their name as Hat Riot.

The worst kind of riot... Oh god you've painted a mental image in my mind of a crowd of hats carrying pitchforks and torches.

Hmm, had no idea I'd be hearing Steve Souza's voice when I put this on. Can't say I'm all that sold on the music and thin production but his vocals are a nice a nostalgic trip, if only for a brief moment. Think I'll be off to listen to Tempo of the Damned now.

Although the artwork could not be worse, the music is quite enjoyable, yes it has a "modern" sound, but then again, Warbringer, Exodus and lots of great bands have that modern sound too, I don't understand why "thrashers" seem to hate that nowadays, lots "retro" Thrash bands with a sound similar to the 80's are quite bad or simply generic (well it's kinda hard to avoid being generic in Thrash metal unless you are Children, those guys rule).

One of my favorites of Thrash in this year so far, it's good to have Mr. Souza back, and it is quite cool to see his family involved with him in this project.
Who know's I may stop liking it sooner or later.

But please, the need to find an artist for their next album cover hahaha.
