Damn great ... what an amazing album ! also I don't see any Power Metal in this ... it's just Symphonic Metal .

Thanks PocketMetal! I don't really agree with the power metal classification either. When putting together this band it was my intention to make our music both accessible and interesting to play. Bottom line, we're always Symphonic- and if the people that classify music have to have a secondary description I'm happy with Prog, Power, or Gothic. We just aren't all of those all the time.

I find this album great too. The music is cachy but complex enough to make it interesting in the long run. I also like that the symphonic part is different than in most bands in the genre, not the usual movie score or bombastic type, more like classical, medieval, and the guitars are not 'forgotten' either. The vocalist is also good, reminded me of Laurie Ann Haus from Todesbonden.

Just listened to this for the first time today. Really loved it! I like how the violin is incorporated as a legit part of the band and not just something to be used as symphonic backing or "atmospheric effect" (not that that's a bad thing in some cases).
Keep it up!
