A lot of time has passed since djent was an emerging genre and it was all the rage, and while it's in a slight decline, established bands like Disperse, Animals As Leaders, and Vola have all put out acclaimed material lately. Then there are the ones that had a clear fall in quality, like Volumes, Uneven Structure, and Periphery, and even ones we haven't heard from in a while, like Vildhjarta. So where does Sonder place TesseracT right now in the grand scheme of djent?

Excellent album. Very dense for such a short runtime. Held my attention with every spin. Loved every track.

Wish The Arrow was longer -- also wish that Orbital was merged with Juno so that it would fit better into shuffles.

Either way -- love it.

This album is really starting to blossom with repeated listens. Definitely heavier and more intense than the last album, which I really loved anyway. Unsure what rating to give it just yet. I need to listen to it more. Less poppy than the last album.

They'll never top One, but this is a solid jam. I wish it was longer, and it doesn't quite grab me like the others, but still a good album. I always find myself going back to One.

Surprised this has a lower rating on Metalstorm than Polaris considering this is a heavier album. Oh well, I think it is much more metal. The song "King" is probably the best thing they have ever done.
