It has been stated many times that we're not about to feature every single metal band that has ever existed. Usually we only add already accomplished bands with at least one full-length release. Still, many bands escape our attention, so it's up to you to tell us which of them are the most worthy of being featured on Metal Storm.
Bands listed here are suggested for addition by our users. You can vote for these bands as well as provide additional comments - both of which will be taken into account when we look for the next band to feature on Metal Storm. If the band is not in the list, you can suggest it here (you need to be a registered member).
Make sure you also check the Blacklisted bands - these are the bands we're not going to add at all, since we feel they won't be appropriate for this website. Yes, some non-metal bands are already featured here, but that's not the reason to add a lot more - so we don't accept arguments like "hey, this band is way more metal than band X you have featured!".

Very active & interesting band .In activity since 1990, Motorpsycho have released 10 full length albums, as well as a number of EPs, a couple of live albums, and some side-project releases. Over the years, they moved from their initial mixture of metal, grunge and hardcore music, playing almost any kind of musical genre: indie, pop, psych rock, lo-fi, stoner, avantgarde, classic hard rock, acoustic, fusion, jazz rock and country rock as part of the The International Tussler Society.

Their album 'Swarm' is something special. It's first of really good mastered and it has songs that differ from each other. They are still very good in their individual way, cause they perform their parts as great musicans. The vocals are very skillful, it's the type of growling that gives you the chills so the neckhair rises. The musis is speedy and brutal which is needed when playing this kind of music! It's a unrecognised band of underground sweden, they NEED to be recognised, because I know my shit when it comes to music, and this, is really good music!

OvO has always been one of the most active bands in the worldwide noisy rock scene. They have been known pretty much everywhere through their 700 and more gigs, their large amount of releases, including albums, singles, collaborations, tracks on compilations, dvds, and for their original, unique music. They're a duo, formed by a little possessed singer and guitar player (Stefania Pedretti) and an enormous drummer who plays a mini-set like it was a full metal drum set. Their masked live performances are legendary, and they've played them all over the world, from Mexico to Turkey, from Russia to the US. What they do is not easy to file. It's not noise, not metal, not doom, not punk, not rock and roll, even if there's a little bit of all these. Certainly it's not free nor avant nor improve. After some full lengths on their label Bar La Muerte, they release albums on American labels such as legendary Load records and Blossoming Noise. With "Cor Cordium" and "ABISSO" they find home on Supernatural Cat. They collaborated or played with the biggest names of contemporary experimental rock music. Unique and inimitable since 13 years.

One of the biggest Serbian bands. A band that universe speaks through.
Doom/sludge sound on their earlier releases, they later move more and more towards post metal sound, experimenting with a lots of elements from other genres, such as psychedelic, ambiental and stoner rock, but maintaining their old sludge sound in moments.

A good band that i stumbled upon when they released "Eros|Anteros" this year. I think it deservs a bit of your attention. With quite unique sound, lending black metal, a bit of converge like hardcore and some atmospheric sounds.

Another one of those psychedelic bands that have been coming out of Finland lately, only this time it's in the style of a female-fronted doom metal band. Great band and the vocalist is amazing, especially with the native Finnish lyrics!
