For those who were looking forward to the tour, we regret to inform you that Cattle Decapitation have cancelled all the tour dates including festival dates. The reason is "unforeseen circumstances" so it really isn't very clear.

During a recent show on the band's European tour, Arch Enemy vocalist Alissa White-Gluz (who's still a new addition to the band) actually jumped so hard on stage that she broke her riser into pieces and broke a rib in the fall. However, she has been a trooper and continued with the tour. Arch Enemy already finished the first 10 shows and crowds have been welcoming Alissa on her debut tour with the band.
Today, the Canadian melodic death metal band Kälter announced via their official Facebook page that the band is breaking up. With only two albums released so far, Spiritual Angel and 2012's Ubuntu (nominated for Best Melodeath / Extreme Power / Gothenburg Metal Album on Metal Storm Awards 2012), Kälter now bids farewell.

Yüksel Unutmaz from the Swedish heavy metal band Fatal Smile recently broke up the band on the first night of their 32-date European 2014 tour. It comes at a time the band had announced a new album called White Trash Heroes to be released on April 25th via FS Records/GMR Music Group.
Black metallers Xanthochroid are about to release their second full length album called Of Erthe And Axen. The band is currently in the pre-production phases, where they're compiling ideas, practicing and recording demo tracks. Another Xanthochroid album is on the way to follow Blessed He With Boils. The album is expected to be released in the Fall/Winter of 2014.
