If you like stories about vampires, werewolves, and mysticism, you can check out Powerwolf's catalog. It's a good way to get pumped before their new album is ready. The power metal band has entered the Fascination Street Studios in Örebro, Sweden to begin recording their seventh studio album. Due out later in the year via Napalm Records, the follow-up to 2015's Blessed & Possessed is being produced by Jens Bogren.

Guitarist Matthew Greywolf checked in from the studio: "Checking in from the studio. Roel has nailed it and recorded all his drum tracks with power and style - sounds killer already! Now it's time to leave freezing Stockholm behind and head for Örebro where I will will lock myself up with Jens Bogren at Fascination Street for some weeks of tracking guitars and catching wolfish metal insanity galore. Exciting times - looking forward!"
