While Heaven Wept - Headlining Dutch Doom Days
The Dutch Doom Days organisers have some good news for While Heaven Wept fans. They will headline the festival on the 25th of November and bid farewell to their fans as mainman Tom Phillips will retire from music. The band has already booked farewell shows in Greece, Portugal, Spain, and Germany.
The festival said in a statement: "We are very pleased we can announce While Heaven Wept as the headliner on Sunday the 25th of November. It seemed the band had thrown in the towel, but they will return to Europe one more time to properly say goodbye to the fans. The fact the band chose Dutch Doom Days for their last ever show in the Netherlands is simply stunning. You simply don't want to miss this."
These European shows will feature the Vast Oceans Lachrymose lineup.
