That and of course, Intro's "Beginner's Guide To Building A Prog Collection". Also I remember someone making a really big Norwegian BM list, gotta check who. Some of Immortal SEP's death metal lists are also worth checking out.

Promo, Marcel, Lucas and Intro's list has helped me quite a lot even though I do not necessarily agree with all the choices. jupitreas does not officially have one, but he did most a list in the blog section which is quite impressive imo
