As much as I wanted to watch the video for myself, I think just knowing this kind of thing took place IRL is enough for me. I'm sure someone in Hollywood will want to make a film inspired by these events. It's a pretty interesting state of affairs up here... talk about shattering the stereotype that we're all super friendly people who apologize too much.

Same thing with me to. Gore fantasies are one thing, but this is completly different. And yeah, The students here thinks it's them who'll scare the tourist during F1 in Montreal... I think they've been outranked.

it is sad, and true, there is extreme inequality in the world and it is an ever widening gap. I was thinking about the reverse Oreo (chocolate creme center, vanilla cookies on the outside), it is a good example of the racial inequality in the US. The Two cookies against the one body of creme represents the Majority over the minority, while the potential compression of the creme between the two white cookies is the political pressure being put onto the minority.

I think this is pointing out a more global issue - first-world vs. third-world inequality. Think big-scale grocery stores tossing billions of dollars worth of food out every year and over-consumption in North America vs. malnutrition and poor farming in places like Africa.

yes, it is, and those are true points dealing directly with the image. it is the sad reality stemming from the favored mode of political operation globally dealing with self interest and economic gain. The green revolution in the 50s, although it did stop people from starving the natural way, has grown it to such an unnatural level, and a third of it just gets thrown away as it's kept concentrated in a society favoring itself! it's a bunch of hooey... also you dismiss my comment to easily, for oppression and inequality in the US, a smaller piece to the bigger picture, is still a fragment of it and equally important.

Oh i see, and no worries. internet talk is confusing to me sometimes; things are lost in translation, or a lack thereof. The image is a good image and resonates a lot of important issues. Slavery is domination by power, say, the power the 1% holds!! . It's been this way for a while and I think something always gives relative to the intensity of the issue.
