Well, don't listen to Electric Wizard. They're a band of straight edge christian vegans, whose music is designed as a filtering of aggression for fellow straight edgers who are enlightened enough to not use drugs and alcohol as a method of calming oneself. Hmmmm there are tons of songs... but genre like, anything stoner or depressive black metal has a good chance of being drug-related.
Another one that has beautiful lyrics (and I usually avoid reading lyrics) would be Hypocrisy's A Thousand Lies.

Anyway I'm not entirely sure how the OP could miss so many drug-related songs, there's quite a lot of them out there, best examples being of course Sabbath, Down and other stoner bands. There's also songs in the classic heavy metal / hard rock style that suit the theme pretty well like WASP - Doctor Rockter, Motley Crue - Kickstart my Heart, Accept - Bulletproof, etc.
One that was ommited from the posts so far is Exodus - Deathamphetamine.

Oh, sure. Of course, alcohol is a kind of drug. I only meant that the song is about alcohol and not drugs in the sense that we usually give to the word. Alcohol is only a different kind of drug and abuse of it is not healthier than abuse of other drugs.

There is no "kind of" about it. Alcohol IS a drug plain and simple, and more dangerous and damaging than vast majority of so called Class A drugs.
