German stoner/sludge metal outfit Wolves Carry My Name has announced via Facebook that they have commenced writing new material for their next release. The band released the EP Amongst Ruins And Ashes just last April.

The band stated: "On a different note: We are currently writing new material for our next output. It would probably be an EP, but only time will tell. We have a shitload of ideas and are really psyched to see where the journey may lead us. The rainy summer weather has definitely influenced the songwriting process... expect some meditative sounds."
