I find what you say about the songwriting is true, the band has done more impressive songs in the past.

To me highlight(s) is singular: Exile Eternal

Great stuff, I like the "new" singer and addition of a violinist was a nice touch and the cover art is excellent. When listening to it you feel that somethings missing in the overall experience though even if the songs themself are for the most part extremly well written.

Valkyries Above is their best song to date!
