Radu's Batch Of Worthwhile 2021 Stuff

Here's a second attempt at re-maintaining a yearly list, this time for 2021. So instead of just listing everything I like chronologically, I'll divide things into two categories: stuff that stuck with me, and stuff that is pretty good, but lacks the staying power. Maybe some albums will switch between the two, but mostly I expect the first category to stay pretty constant, while the second will be constantly replaced.
