@Liafev this depends on listening time; eg I listened to ~300 albums in 2021 with ~30-35 spins for top3. And I agree it's better to rate an album after several listens, but sometimes evrything's clear at once
I try to remember band names when listening music when I'm outside, I have +1600 songs on my iphone and I (still) know +75% of the band names when a song starts.
the vast majority couldn't answer song name, album name... or even artist(!) without checking the display. That's algorithm-driven exploration right there.
Today I often listen to a couple of albums a day and can eventually not remember one. I rarely take the time to dive in deep and give myself room to learn to love something new. That would show in ratings, too, naturally.
