Vio-Lence - Frontman Hints At New Full-Length Studio Album
Other than a new EP from about a month ago, Let The World Burn, and another one already in the works, Bay Area thrash metal legends Vio-lence have not released a full-length studio album since Nothing To Gain back in 1993. But in a recent interview with Echoes And Dust, vocalist Sean Killian hinted at the possibility of the fourth full-length studio album from Vio-lence that could arrive in late 2023 or early 2024.
Killian explained: "We've just been thinking about five songs at a time. We don't want to get bogged down in some ten or twelve song record, when we could do five songs and put it out, move on, put five more songs out and keep fresh and try to stay ahead. Just try to keep putting music out because a full album will be looking at December of 2023 or February 2024. If we're focused, and we're doing good, which with this EP, the COVID thing kind of helped us because we weren't practising for shows we were just writing so we're totally focused on what we're doing for the EP."
