Behold, fresh news from the Down camp. The sequel to Down IV - Part One is finished and set for release. It will simply be called Down IV - Part Two and will be released on May 13th, 2014. The new EP was tracked at Nodferatu's Lair (vocalist Philip H. Anselmo's home studio) and produced by Michael Thompson. The rest of details - artwork and tracklist - can be checked out below.

last time he played a show here I met with him and he made fun of my carcass shirt. I had to burn said shirt

I'm not too excited due to all the talk about the album being Sabbath/St Vitus worship and the last two releases displaying mor and more Sabbath/St Vitus worship.

No complaints here. Just happy to get some more good Down.

Jeez. Yeah, Phil Anselmo is very high, if not at the top, of my list of musicians I would not fight. And when Phil Anselmo subliminally tells you to get rid of your Carcass shirt, YOU GET RID OF SAID CARCASS SHIRT hahaha.
