I've been slacking a bit and still haven't caught up with Storm Within but the artwork for the new album is AWESOME!!! I may just skip storm and get the new one.

No dont skip the storm within. Its a worth it album. Hell the new one wont be out untill late january. Plenty of time left.

Im looking forward to it. When they say heaviest and darkest it gives me hope for something closer to In Search Of Truth in sound.

Can't wait for another album from one of my favourite bands

Honestly, I realized awhile ago that every other Evergrey album has been good while the others haven't been. Hymns was awesome so I kinda didn't bother with Storm figuring it would follow the same pattern, haha. It seems to be rated better than Glorious Collision and MMA though so I might give a try eventually.

Those guys NEVER EVER disappoint Surely will be another hit!

Disaster in comparison to what Evergrey has done in the past. Indeed some good, even great songs on it, but an almost equal amount of filler.

That's an interesting way of approaching it. I've been sceptical of every release after Inner Circle.

I would agree that some songs were weaker but overall I was pleased with it. I like that they say the new album will have a darker direction though. Evergrey is always better at that, I find.
