Hey, so I know that this was always how it was done but with the new approach I thought it could use a change Let's take a look at Avant-Garde nominations https://metalstorm.net/awards/categories.php?cat_id=71#user_nominations_71 (I do hope I don't mess anything up cause it's late and I'm slightly ill D:) Dola is missing from the top results. I noticed that it was always how it was done - if the album didn't receive a particular amount of votes (5 would be my guess), it's not shown, even if it was nominated. And that was fine then. But now you're also showing (later) all of the write-ins, no matter how many votes they got. So I think bands like Dola are missing out in comparison. It'd be cool if you could show somehow how many people voted for them too, as now it looks like they were losing to some write-ins with 1 vote. ...unless they received no votes at all (which would be a shame, cause it's a cool album)

Written by NastyHero on 01.03.2025 at 01:55 That was indeed intended exactly as you described, but a tiny mistake in the programming (plus and minus are just way too close to each other on the keyboard…) prevented it from working. This has now been fixed, and no staff nomination should be overlooked anymore. Good catch! Thanks for keeping an eye on this.
