Polish media have informed - and the official Acid Drinkers website confirmed the news - that their second guitarist, Aleksander "Olass" Mendyk has died yesterday (November 30th). He passed away in Krakow, at the age of 29. Cause of death is unknown, the police is still investigating the case. No further details are currently available.

Nothing is able to express the loss and emptiness that remained now... He was a great musician, great person.. full of energy and passion for music... He was an integral part of the band and I can not imagine this band without him... (

    It seems as though more people have been dying in the last 1-2 years. not just famous people but people close to me and close to friends. Is it a response to today's chaotic living and lifestyles? or coincidence?
