After releasing two full-length studio albums, Portugal-based experimental death metal stalwarts Colosso are currently in the studio to record their upcoming EP, entitled Thallium. It is set for a late October/early November release. More details will be revealed soon.

A tour supporting the band's sophomore release, Abrasive Peace, is also being discussed, starting later this year and continuing on throughout 2014 across Portugal. Additional dates in Spain will also be added. Bassist André Lourenço and drummer Marcelo Aires recently joined the fold and will be involved on this EP and tour.
