I must admit i was not familiar with the work of these gentlemen till now. But this offering got me already at the first listen. not sure how it actually goes, if music finds you, or you find the music, but both the time of the year as well as the mood was more than adequate...so therefore i shall say both are true. ushered into a gloomy-doomy land, where dense fog is sitting on the fields, and you can feel the silhouttes hushing past you. and you know they will hurt you once they can creep close enough. fins the intermezzos also very inspired and fitting, just like breaks for the moon to come out from behind the clouds, and just lull you into a false comforting state. all is just temporary clouds will hide the moon and darkness will reqonquer the field... titles like... are also just fitting the whole imagery. the album ending with the song „wounded”... layong on the cold damp grouns wounded, bitten, hurt...but with a strange sort of satisfaction and ease... veiled in darkness and fog... i think they would manage to orchetrate some of Poe’s tales and verses, rendering that impeding and imminent doom that sourrounds most of his works.

Go nowhere song structure full of noise and a faux sense of "atmosphere". It has it's moments, but overall its a very meh listen.
