This was one of the first ever Finnish metal albums, back in the day Riff Raff won some contest and were signed to a big record label. As was common at the time, nobody really knew how to record this type of stuff, so the end result ended sounding like a blues rock album. Luckily, the band themselves knew exactly what they were doing, and despite all the technical problems the songs are actually good, the guitar solos are especially tasty.
