As a big Devin's fan my list would be: 1. Ocean Machine 2. Terria 3. Accelerated Evolution, but all this 3 albums are in my top 10 of all time so...

Nope, even though Ocean Machine is quite good it doesn't come close to Terria, and Infinity not even close to those twp.
