A fine balance is struck in the latest release from symphonic power stalwarts Serenity. The historical themes which run the course of War Of Ages are fitted to a tempered set of tracks which carry an inner strength uncommon of the subgenre.

I like this album already. Intense writing although still in bombastic cliche. From Age of Glory until Legacy of Tudors is a good run. Both singers are above their game.

Awesome album. The style of Death & Legacy continues but in a slightly different way. I like it. A lot?????? This album need more power like a Fallen Sanctuary, nice melody but bored songs, More of the same, what about Clementine??? 4 or 5 track sounds good but is bored :'( ... I am a fan but this is terrible, Serenity no longer has that style that he possessed in his early records, he lost, now sounds as well as Vision Of Atlantis Within Temptation or until some parts like Kamelot, missed the authenticity of the band, they needed more time to write songs and Clementine is the one that saved this record, but I hope in their next issues ...
