Machetazo is one of those bands that remind you why you love extreme metal just so god-damnnn much every single time you listen to them. Mundo Cripta is their '08 answer to all those that consider metal dead and it is an awe-some reply, I can tell you that much. Machetazo is a Spanish Death/Grind act and one of the underground's favourites. If you'll ask an underground extreme metal vet for something brutal yet catchy and fun, he'll probably give you Machetazo. Mundo Cripta tells us why.

Machetazo are highly-praised and much-reverend among the people that know them, which unfortunately isn't a big group. Not that Machetazo cares though, they've been going since '94 and they'll keep going for a long time to come (hopefully!). Mundo Cripta is a catchy zombie-holocauster-death-grind-ride. Infectiously groovy riffs, insanely fast grind passages and a completely rotten and sick vibe, what more can you ask for?
