After having originally formed as a full band in 2011, the group were placed in a difficult situation when D.G was arrested for involvement in the UK riots. After he was sentenced to a term of house arrest the decision was collectively made that the band would come to a halt.

However, in the summer of 2013 the initiative was taken by A.C to begin demoing new material at Darksound Studios (Ethereal, Lluvia, Sheol). These demos were exchanged via email and it quickly became apparent that the new music fit in perfectly with what had begun some years before and although it had been a long time in the coming; both members knew that this was the time to complete what they had begun.
