This used to be the place to go, but now it sucks. They changed the sound system about 8 years ago from a phenomenal one to a crappy one, so the only good sound is on the main floor or right at the edge of the first balcony. Also, the venue has three levels, but it's general admission, so they sell tickets based on the overall capacity rather than per floor and they don't do anything about crowd control, so the main floor is always about 50% over capacity, making it extremely uncomfortable. It's just not what it used to be, which is a shame, because the location is great, the valet service is awesome, and they actually get some pretty decent metal shows from time to time.
