Norma Jean have announced the departure of guitar player Jeff Hickey, who joined the band eight years ago. Norma Jean have issued a statement in which they reveal that while they fully support him, Hickey's "complex and debilitating alcohol addiction" has rendered his continued participation in the band untenable.
