16:53 - !J.O.O.E.! If it doesn't sound great quality then I might hold off. That bandcamp one sounds supoib.
16:52 - moonflash Yup, that's the one. Sounds damn good, can't wait for a version with better quality like this: [link]
16:50 - !J.O.O.E.! Haven't listened to the released Volahn one yet, do you mean this one? [link] - Not sure about Arizmenda yet but I hope it's out!
16:49 - moonflash Only version I found of the Volahn leak yesterday had kinda bad quality. The one song they released on Bandcamp is probably the best thing I've heard all year! Also, new Arizmenda out? [link]
16:43 - !J.O.O.E.! Alan Partridge is metal. Anyone that disagrees will have molten hot apple pie squeezed at their face.
16:39 - Joodicator [link] My new favourite Tumblr. Not metal related in the slightest.
16:16 - !J.O.O.E.! New Volahn has leaked. Could be BM AotY from the couple of songs they released of it so far.

Austria's contribution to atmospheric black metal, Summoning, have just informed fans on their homepage that the composition process of their newest, yet untitled album has come to an end. The two man group, consisting of Silenius and Protector, are now going to record the selected 7 songs and one intro in the following months, as well as work on the visuals for the album.
After a longer winter-sleep Summoning is back again and now works constantly for a new release. We promise that in the near future we will regularly update the homepage again, so it will we worth the costs to check the page in regular intervals.
The present situation of Summoning:
In the past years we have worked on new material just very rarely because of different reasons (partly personal, partly being not motivated enough) but since the last months ,we intensified the work for new material and realised that the old spirit is back again and we are very motivated for a cool new release and we are very committed in every terms of composing.
Meanwhile there are two songs which are fix starters for the album. Four or 5 songs are in a more advance state and we composed riffs for at least 10 or 15 songs in a very early state. By the way we still have one finished song from the last oath bound session which also will be in one or another way. so probably this time we are in the luck situation that we have more songs left, so maybe there will be some special limited fan releases beside the normal release, but this is of course just a wish right now.
A chat between the member of the band and some fans was posted on the Summoning official forum. In there the band talked about the current status of the upcoming album as well as other topics.
All the recordings have been made except the vocals which were already started by Silenius few days ago. After finishing the recordings the band will have some more work to do, as adding some speech samples as well as the master, coverlayout, etc.. The record will also content some orkish lenguage words.
There is not a precise date for the release of the upcoming album, but it will be hopefully finished before 2007. The tracklist is not avaibable yet, but they (Summoning members) revealed that the album will have 9 tracks (including the intro). About the Box Set they will take care about it after finishing the album.
