Månegarm - Streaming New Album Title Track

Swedes Månegarm have finally released a full brand new song from Legions Of The North, their upcoming album. The viking/black metallers chose the title track "Legions Of The North". Check it out below to have a better idea of what to expect from the offering which is set for release on July 1st in Europe and one day later in North America through Napalm Records. Sounds like the perfect soundtrack to go into battle.

Judas Priest - Clip From Upcoming DVD Online

Recently, heavy metal gods Judas Priest announced the release of their upcoming Epitaph Blu-ray and DVD and released a trailer teasing it. Now they shared professionally filmed video footage of Judas Priest performing the song "Turbo Lover" (from the album Turbo) at the Hammersmith Apollo in London, England in May 2012 which can be seen below.

Red Fang - New Album Coming This Fall

Exciting news arrive from the Red Fang camp. The stoner band will return this fall with their as-yet-untitled third studio album which follows Murder The Mountains. The Portland-based group is currently in the studio finishing the album with the producer Chris Funk (Decemberists) and mixer Vance Powell (White Stripes, Raconteurs, Kings Of Leon). This same team worked on Red Fang's last album also released via Relapse Records.

Philip H. Anselmo & The Illegals - Announce North American Tour

Philip H. Anselmo has announced his first-ever solo tour dubbed Technicians of Distortion which will kick off on July 31st in Tulsa, Oklahoma. On this tour, Anselmo will be joined by his back up band The Illegals - guitarist Marzi Montazeri, bassist Steve Taylor, and Jose Manual Gonzalez on drums. Tickets go on sale this Thursday, May 23rd.

Omnium Gatherum - New Video Released

Omnium Gatherum have revealed a new video for their song "Formidable" taken from the band's latest opus Beyond, released earlier this year. The video was directed and shot by Hannu Mikkola / Visual Vortex at their home town show in Kotka earlier this year as part of their Beyond record release party tour. White Zombie - Former Drummer Passes Away

Phil "Philo" Beurstatte, former drummer for White Zombie and also for Last Crack has reportedly been found dead over the weekend in Madison, Wisconsin. No further details have been provided at this point. Buerstatte was 44 years of age.

The Todd La Torre fronted version of Seattle prog veterans Queensrÿche have unveiled another brand new song from their upcoming self-titled album, which is to be released on June 24th in Europe and June 25th in North America via Century Media Records. System Of A Down - Clarify Bassist's Statements About Serj Tankian

System Of A Down's bassist Shavo Odadjian has recently released a string of comments on his Facebook page referring to Serj Tankian as the source of the delay in System Of A Down's work on a new album thus holding the band back. The group has now released an official statement clarifying that what Shavo Odadjian had said does not reflect what they feel as a collective band.
