Currently all the material is being mixed for further mastering and the group has now revealed the album art for the next album which is titled Thanathonaut. This time they have collaborated with Christophe Dessaigne, a French photographer and digital artist.

Swedish group Deathstars has began writing new material for their upcoming album and follow-up to Night Electric Night, and they will be entering the studio in July. However, Eric "Cat Casino" Bäckman will not be there as Deathstars have also parted ways with the guitarist "who wanted to focus on other things in life but death" if that makes sense. Deathstars will continue as a four piece for a while and are not looking for a replacement yet. The album will be the fourth full length release from the band.
