Myrath - New Song Streaming Online

Tunisian progressive metal band Myrath are streaming their new song "Merciless Times" online. The song comes off of their upcoming album Tales Of The Sands and you can listen to it on their MySpace. Myrath - Line Up Change, Video Recording And New Song Sneak Preview

The Tunisian Progressive Metal band Myrath has announced at their Facebook Page that they are going to film a videoclip in Sousse (Tunisia). To this respect, the band's new drummer Piwee Desfray (who replaced Seif Louhibi after his departure due to personal reasons) and the producer Kevin Codfert have traveled to Tunisia.

Myrath - New Album Details

Tales Of The Sands, the new upcoming album of Tunisian progressive metal band Myrath will be released in Europe in October through XIII Bis Records.

The album was engineered and produced by Kevin Codfert at X Fade Studio in Nanterre, France except for the orchestration, which has been recorded by Taher Guizani at GT Records Studio, in Sousse, Tunisia. The album was mixed at Fredrik Nordstrom Studio (Dimmu Borgir, In Flames) in Stockholm, Sweden and mastered by Jens Bogren (Symphony X) at Fascination Street Studios, in Orebro, Sweden.

Myrath - New Album In October

Tunisian progressive metal band Myrath have announced their new studio album will be released in Europe in October through XIII Bis Records. The release dates for other continents will be announced soon.

Myrath - Working On New Album

Tunisian progressive metallers Myrath are in the pre-production stages of yet another new as-yet-untitled album. The band's latest output Desert Call was released just at the beginning of this year. The band wrote:

"We are pleased to announce that our producer Kevin Codfert is in Tunis since Tuesday July 27th 2010 to work on the pre-production of Myrath's new album. The actual recording of this new album is anticipated to next November and the release date to first quarter 2011. Please stay tuned for further updates."

Myrath - New Track Online

Tunisian Prograssive metal band Myrath are streaming their first track, entitled "Forever And A Day" from their new album Desert Call on MySpace.

The audio track will be the XIII Bis Records version of "Forever And A Day", which means that verse is sung in Arabic. The video trailer will be the Nightmare Records version of the same track, with vocals all in English.

On Wednesday January 6th 2010 anther track "Madness" will be added

Myrath - New Album Details

Tunisian progressive metallers Myrath will release their second album titled Desert Call on January 25th 2010. The album will be released in Europe on XIIIBis Records (Sony Distro) and the rest of the world by a yet to be announced prestigious American label. Mastering took place at House of Audio in Germany.

Myrath commented about the signing with XIIIBis Records as follows: "We are pleased to announce that Myrath has signed a contract with XIIIBis Records (Sony distribution) for the exclusive release in Europe of the new album Desert Call. We are extremely proud to be among the few metal bands to sign for one of the biggest labels in France (Home of artists such as Ray Charles, Alain Chamfort, Simply Red, Tears For Fears, Michael Jones, Mötley Crüe, Nine Inch Nails, Paul Personne, Status Quo, Patrick Rondat, Suicidal Tendencies, Trust and many others).

To this respect we wish to thank Mehdi El Jai (chairman executive officer), Samuel Pernes (administrative and financial manager), Emmanuelle Charles (Sales Manager) as well as all XIII Bis Records staff. A special thank obviously goes to our producer Kevin Codfert for his valuable support and for contributing so much in finalizing this contract."

Myrath - New Album Title Announced

Tunisian metallers Myrath have issued the following update on their MySpace:

"We are pleased to announce "Desert Call" as the title of Myrath new studio album. Mixing is finally completed and mastering in House Of Audio, Germany is now in progress.

We will announce the official release date as soon as possible. We would have hoped to release the album earlier as recording was completed since November 6th, 2008; however we have elected to dedicate more time to mixing/producing process so as to insure that the result will meet or exceed everyone's expectations.

Thank you all for your understanding and support.
