Suidakra - To Reissue 'Emprise To Avalon'

This summer, AFM Records will re-release Suidakra's fifth album Emprise To Avalon, originally released in 2002. It will be remastered with a re-worked artwork by Kris Verwimp and brand new never released bonus tracks as well. Suidakra is also booking new shows worldwide and will update on that soon.

Mastodon - Reveal New Album Title

In a recent interview, Mastodon's bassist and vocalist Troy Sanders discussed the band's forthcoming album and it was revealed that it will be called Once More Round The Sun. The successor to The Hunter is finally coming and is slated for a release later this year on Warner Brothers Records. Once More Round The Sun clocks at around 60 minutes, and it is currently being mastered.

Todtgelichter - Line-Up Changes Announced

German metallers Todtgelichter have gone through several line-up changes in the last few years and the departures continue. This time, guitarist Claudio De Facci, bassist Christoph Wonerow and vocalist Tobias Engelhardt are no longer part of Todtgelichter for various reasons. The group will continue as a five-piece and Marta Braun will be the band's sole main vocalist. The new guitarist should be announced today and the search for a new bassist is underway. The band is working on a new album despite the turmoil.

Mournful Congregation - Announce New Release

Australian funeral doom metallers Mournful Congregation have finally announced a new release to follow The Book Of Kings. It is not a full-length album but a mini-album instead which will be called Concrescence Of The Sophia. The mini-album will drop on June 24th via 20 Buck Spin in North America and the European release will be handled by Osmose Productions. The return of Mournful Congregation is imminent. Trioscapes - New Album This Year, Announce Tour

Dan Briggs (Between The Buried And Me), Walter Fancourt, and Matt Lynch: the jazz fusion trio known as Trioscapes, will be embarking on a 14 date headlining tour this May. The tour begins on May 2nd in Knoxville, Tennessee, and concludes on May 17th in Greensboro. Trioscapes are currently working on the follow up to Separate Realities for a release later this year. New music and updates will be made available within the next few months. The band will start tracking the new album on Saturday.

Napalm Death - Releasing Special Roadburn EP, Charity Download

Grindcore legends Napalm Death have announced two special projects that have been in the works recently. First of all, the British band is launching a special cover song of the track "To Go Off And Things" by the Cardiacs via their Bandcamp page as charity download. Furthermore, Napalm Death are also releasing a limited and exclusive vinyl 12" EP entitled Our Pain Is Their Power to commemorate their very special Roadburn Festival appearance on April 10th.

Protest The Hero - Bassist To Sit Out Tour Dates

After some speculation, Canadians Protest The Hero have addressed bassist Arif Mirabdolbaghi's status in the band. Arif will not be touring with the band for the Volition touring cycle and will be replaced by longtime friend of the band and tourmate Cam McLellan. The band is open to Arif Mirabdolbaghi's involvement in the future but right now he can't commit as a full time band member.

Serpentine Path - New Album Details And Trailer

US metallers Serpentine Path are preparing the release of their second album. Now we know that it will be called Emanations. As with their first album, Emanations was recorded by the band's Jay Newman at Audiosiege, capturing forty-five minutes of new music.
