US death/doom metal outfit Encoffination are currently looking for a record label to release their 12" MLP after Detest Records, the record label that was supposed to release it, went out of business. The band will also start working on a new album in the fall.

An earlier post from the band read: "Not sure if we've mentioned this, but we're wrapping up recording of a new MLP for Detest Records. Four new, leftover songs from O' Hell, Shine In Thy Whited Sepulchres. The drums got recorded with those sessions and we are finishing them up. 12" on Detest Records early summer hopefully. More info soon."

However, due to the recent turn of events, the band has posted: "Due to the demise of Detest Records this month, the planned 12" MLP is on indefinite hold. We will release it if another label comes along (PM us!), or just sit on it. The recording/layout/everything is done, it's just awaiting press. Three new songs, which were leftovers from the O' Hell, Shine In Thy Whited Sepulchres sessions, plus an intro/outro. Twenty minutes of doom. We are going to begin work on the third album in the fall, so getting this out first would be nice."
