Stoner metallers The Sword announced that the release date of the band's upcoming album, Apocryphon, has been set for October 22nd via their new label partners Razor & Tie. Apocryphon is their fourth full-length studio album and was produced and engineered by J. Robbins at Magpie Cage Studios and will feature cover art by famed comic book artist J.H. Williams III (Batwoman, Promethea).
The release of Apocryphon will be followed by a US tour. The tour details will be announced on September 5th.

| Ah this should be cool. I preferred Age of Winters to Warp Riders, but still a great album with some great songs. |
