UK progressive metal act To-Mera has revealed a short statement, regarding the departure of the drummer Paul Westwood, who has been part of the group for the past 7 years.

The band comments: "As some of you may have noticed from the Classic Prog interview, we have recently parted ways with our drummer Paul Westwood. Paul decided it was time for him to pursue alternative musical avenues. We are grateful for all the great times & wish him the best of luck in his future endeavours. As for what this means for To-Mera, that is to be seen...we might just take a little break and concentrate on other (new?) projects for a while. Watch this space."

Ah, they gave us an excellent album this year, they can rest for a while. And if that means another project like Haken is on the making, it shouldn't go wrong.
