I used to love this band... but every album after Love Metal has been worse than the last. Screamworks was just flat out bad.
And just a heads up, but HIM does not actually stand for "his infernal majesty." |

Aren't they also known as His Infernal Majesty? It's the label using it, so they must know what they are doing. |

They indeed originally were known as His Infernal Majesty, then shortened it to H.I.M. and later dropped the dots. |

Ville and the other bandmates have said countless times that "his infernal majesty" was a joke. At other times they said it was "helsinki icehockey maniacs." I'm not sure why the label is using it... maybe they're running with it again so they can sound "dark." |
