Djent outfit Volumes has recently released a new single "Vahle" for streaming. This is a pre-production version of the new track and also a tribute to a close friend of the band who tragically passed away in an automobile accident. A final version of "Vahle" will appear on the band's forthcoming album set for an early 2014 release through Mediaskare Records.

Bassist Raad Soudani talks about the as-of-yet titled new album: "We have matured as musicians and dug deeper into ourselves for this album. The new album is the next evolutionary step for Volumes."

The group's debut album Via was released two years ago.
