This week, Machine Head's frontman Robert "Robb" Flynn has been sharing his stories about the band's album Through The Ashes Of Empires (2003), which is making its 10th anniversary. Besides his ramblings, he has also shared previously unreleased demos of tracks from the album. The three demos, never released publicly until now, are all available below. But there is more. Flynn has also shared a previously unreleased track that never made it to the album Through The Ashes Of Empires. It is called "Pins And Needles" and you get to hear it now.
"Pins And Needles" was written while unsigned and shopping for a label in 2002, and was eventually deleted from the album as the band hated it. The music was eventually used as part of the 2005 "Roadrunner United" sessions.
