Darkspace - Releasing First Studio Record In 10 Years

Almost 10 years after the release of their last full length and 2 years after signing with Season Of Mist, mysterious black metal formation Darkspace now return with new studio release. Consisting of one, 47-minute long track, it will land in stores on February 16th, 2024. Via YouTube below, you can check out a 6-minute album teaser.

Sounds like this is what they played a bunch of at Cosmic Void Fest in London. I was so disappointed in that show, mainly because there was practically no fast drumming in the new material at all, as far as I remember. The pace in the snippet carried on for like 30+ minutes. The atmosphere is great and all, but there has to be some energy there as well.

I hope I'm proven wrong in February.
